Parisian Macarons
An hands-on class that will teach you how to make Parisian macarons in the confort of your own kitchen. If you have already tried to make macarons at home you already know how difficult they are to prepare unless you know exactly what to do.
In this class, I will demonstrate the two critical techniques that I found essential for making macarons and will give you the opportunity to make your own batch of macarons by yourself.
I will show you how to create colorful macarons from a basic French-meringue macarons recipe. You will be able to choose two flavors between those:
Chocolate, lemon, vanilla, raspberry, strawberry, pistachio, coconut, orange.

Sweet French Tartelettes
An hands-on class that will teach you how to make delicious sweet French tartelettes in the comfort of your own kitchen.
In this class, I will demonstrate how to make one of the most versatile French pastry doughs, the sweet pâte sablée.
We will then use the pâte sablée to make individual lemon meringue tarts, Tatin tart, and fresh fruit tarts. Flavors are depending of the seasons.

In this class, I will demonstrate how to make one of the most versatile French pastry doughs, the sweet pâte sablée.

In this class, I will demonstrate how to make an assortment of traditionnal French pastries perfect for any kind of treats.
The group will be able to choose 3 French pastries between:
Madeleines, Financiers, Meringues, Truffles, Canelés, Fondant.
