In this class, I will demonstrate you the two critical techniques that I found essential for making macarons and will give you the opportunity to make your own batch of macarons by yourself.
I will show you how to create colorful macarons from a basic French-meringue macarons recipe. You will be able to choose three flavors between those: Chocolate, lemon, salted caramel, banana passion fruit, pistachio, coconut, coffee and much more... All of the ingredients and equipment are included.
